Dementia Research Leaders Awards 2015
Alzheimer's Society is delighted to announce its new Dementia Research Leaders awards for 2015.
The Alzheimer's Society's Dementia Research Leaders programme provides funding and development opportunities for people from biomedical, clinical and social science backgrounds from the start of a career in research through to establishing themselves as independent investigators.
They have developed the award programme to recognise the contribution that early-career researchers make to dementia research and people affected by dementia.
The awards are to be awarded at the Gala dinner at the Research conference, 29 June 2015.
Winners of the prize will receive £1,000 support to travel to a conference of their choice in the next year.
Runners-up will receive a commendation certificate.
Nominations can be made for awards in three categories:
- Using research evidence
- Patient and Public Involvement, and public engagement
