Care Roadshow Liverpool

The event, taking place on the 9th June 2015 at Aintree Racecourse, is part of six regional care events across the UK and are free for care professionals to attend, aimed mainly at care home owners and managers.

Each Care Roadshow comprises of a small exhibition of around 25 stands covering a range of products and services for the care sector and alongside the exhibition free seminars and workshops are provided for visitors to attend.  The aim of the seminars is to provide visitors with the latest updates and ideas within the sector.

Natalie Yates-Bolton, Senior Lecturer Nursing, Salford Institute for Dementia, University of Salford will be speaking about Dementia: Making a difference through awareness, life engagement and enabling environments.

Welcome to the International Dementia Design Network

The aim of the network is to provide a forum for collaboration in dementia design research, innovation and education.

The network is open to individuals and organisations whose work and interests relate to design making a positive difference to the quality of life of those living with dementia.

The network is led by the Dementia Design Group at the University of Salford 

The network was launched in January 2013.
